This is an 11-week commitment. This can be carried out in person or over zoom which ever you prefer.

-meet 1 x / week, prefer on same day
-guided meditation, yoga, sound healing, and journal prompts
 
We will work through each of your chakra points each week. We will start with a nature walk to reconnect with our Earth Star Chakra. Through guided meditation, yoga, sound healing, and journal prompts, we will help you to gain clarity in your life. Clear the way for the blessings to rush in. 
 
We will then bring it all together at the end to create a personalized routine that suits you. One you can do regularly for that realignment experience on your own time after our time together. 
 
We all have the energy inside of us. We just need to be shown how to unlock it. This is what I have been guided by our creator to help you with.
