Natural Healing

For years I have healed myself through natural techniques and remedies passed down through my family and handed to me by my great grandmother. Grandma would always tell me, “ Back 100+ years ago people didn’t have all these medicines and pills. Nowadays there is a pill for everything. A pill for being sad turns into a pill for your headaches, a pill, for your liver, a pill for your kidney. It can escalate quickly.

What if there was a book or a guide that told you if you eat locally harvested honey, usually from a smaller local grocery store, you would bring your allergies down to a minimum if you even had any at all. (Good tip for this spring season) This information and more was in the Spring Newsletter That came out in March.

Or how about getting grounded really helps with focus and mental clarity. In fact, if you think of our bodies as a conductor it makes more sense. Mother Earth holds energy but is a very vast and big entity. You can use your body to conduct the energy within. For example, when you have too much energy, walking in the grass barefoot will allow the energy to flow from your body into the earth. And the same as that happens, if you need energy, walk in the grass barefoot and you will absorb some of the earth's energy. Don't take my word for it…. TRY IT!!
